1. Course Cancellation by Student

Students may cancel their course enrollment at any time by contacting our customer support team directly. The refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is requested and whether the course content has been accessed.

Before Course Access

If you cancel your enrollment before accessing any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies to all courses purchased through our platform.

After Course Access

Once you have accessed any part of the course content, including videos, downloadable materials, or interactive elements, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property of our instructors and maintain the integrity of our courses.

2. Refunds

7-Day Refund Window

If you have purchased a course and have not accessed any course materials, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. This refund window allows you to review the course description and make an informed decision about your enrollment.

No Refund After Access

Once any course materials have been accessed, even partially, refunds will not be processed. This includes viewing course videos, downloading materials, or accessing any interactive content. We recommend previewing course descriptions and sample content before making a purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

3. Refund and Cancellation for Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. No refunds will be provided for the current month's subscription fee, but you will retain access to all subscribed courses until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. While you will retain access to all subscribed courses for the remainder of your annual subscription period, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Course Defects

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course (e.g., videos not playing, broken links, or missing content), please report these issues to our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.

Special Circumstances

In cases of extreme personal circumstances (e.g., serious illness, family emergencies), refunds or alternate course access may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and include relevant documentation. Our customer support team will evaluate each request individually.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Reason for refund or cancellation request

Step 3: Review Process

Our customer support team will review your request within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the timelines mentioned above.

6. Account Termination and Access

Upon approval of a refund or cancellation request, your access to the course content and materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course videos, download materials, or participate in course activities. If you wish to re-enroll in the future, you will need to purchase the course again at the current price.

7. Changes to This Policy

Meeze Network Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund procedures. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
